We began on-site, on the tools, in the dust and draughts — working alongside homeowners, builders, and developers across Ireland. That hands-on foundation shapes how we work today: we speak plainly, show up early, and offer advice that stands up to the real world.

Darragh heads up our on-site operations as Lead Site Surveyor. With deep expertise in BER compliance and DEAP modelling, he ensures that every assessment is grounded in
precise, real-world data. His work forms the backbone of our retrofit and advisory

Ben specializes in airtightness testing and ventilation compliance. His methodical testing ensures every retrofit meets ZEB and Part F standards — bringing confidence and compliance to builders, designers, and homeowners alike.
